For us, this one is personal. It’s how our family lives, how we run our gym, and what we want our girls to grow up believing.

Raising four girls, all with different abilities and neurodivergent backgrounds, we’ve always wanted them to see what effort can do. That hard work matters. That you keep showing up, even when things feel hard.

On Mother’s Day, Evie wrote in her school presentation:
