Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags still attached

If an item does not meet these conditions we may not be able to process the return.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hats

  • Socks

  • Drink bottles

  • Personal accessories

  • Sale or clearance items

Unless the item is faulty.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email info@northbrotherfitness.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item

We will organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are provided for faulty or damaged items only.

For change of mind or sizing issues we offer exchanges or store credit.

How do I start a return?

To organise a return please email:

info@northbrotherfitness.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We will reply with instructions for returning the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

How long do returns take to process?

Once we receive your returned item please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.

You will receive confirmation once your exchange, refund or store credit has been completed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

If you need to make a change please contact info@northbrotherfitness.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup from North Brother Fitness may be available if selected at checkout.

You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship Australia-wide.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

What if my size doesn’t fit?

Please check our size guide before ordering.

If your item doesn’t fit, you can return it within the return period for an exchange or store credit.
