Creche' & Kids Area

Our 9am classes offer crèche, making it easier for parents to train while the little ones are cared for nearby. A kids’ area is also available during all other classes, so parents can train while their children play close by.

CrossFit Classes

Engage in dynamic, functional movements to improve your agility, balance, and overall fitness. Available to all fitness levels

Run Club

Ignite your metabolism, burn calories, and get your heart pumping in this fast-paced, full-body cardio session. Designed to challenge all fitness levels, it’s the perfect way to boost energy, improve endurance, and feel great in just 45 minutes.

Lifting Class

Learning all our lifts, this class is designed to push your weight limits or perfect the technique

PT Sessions

We provide PT sessions in all things fitness and strength, from olympic lifting, to cardio we can help. 

We also have a range of NDIS clients, all ages, with a focus on different things from balance to building confidence.
