SHIPPING POLICY
At North Brother Fitness and Built by Effort, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, reliable, and fair. Please read the following Shipping and Returns Policy before placing your order.
All orders are processed as quickly as possible once payment has been received. Orders are generally packed and dispatched within standard business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, or periods of high demand such as launches, sales, or promotional events. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation where tracking is available.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, postal carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping provider.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. We are not liable for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.
We currently ship within Australia and may offer international shipping where available at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their country.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.
For change-of-mind returns, requests may be considered at our discretion. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached where applicable. Return requests should be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, certain items including worn activewear, undergarments, or intimate apparel may not be eligible for return unless the item is faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or exchanges unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Sale items, clearance products, promotional purchases, and limited releases may not be eligible for refund or exchange unless faulty, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
